We have an exciting opportunity for a Pre-School Administrator at Cottontails Pre-School and Forest School to join our very friendly team in a well established Pre-School in the heart of Girton. Rated ‘Good’ by Ofsted in May 2018.
This will be a part time role, term time only. The hours will be discussed at interview.
The role of the Administrator is to provide confidential administrative support to the Management Committee and Pre-School Manager and ensure all records and financial accounts are accurately maintained.
General duties will include providing support to the Management Committee and Pre-School manager; to manage incoming and outgoing post, emails, phonecalls and take responsibility for referring the correspondence to the relevant bodies; and undertake any other duties as directed by the Pre-School Manager or Management Committee.
The role will also include managing Pre-School admissions, arranging visits and responding to enquires; to add new child records to the relevant databases and mailing lists following receipt of the registration, and to ensure all new families receive a new starter information pack.
Finally the Administrator would act as first point of contact for parent enquiries for issues relating to invoicing, funding, session changes and updates to child records; and ensure all relevant information is given to staff.
